Like the adults children are also getting overweight and obese, but even children who have no weight issues require physical activity to sustain optimal health. Either indoors or outdoors playgrounds are the best place for children to get charged, practice physical skills, to experience the pure joy of movement, and to burn the calories. Children who are physically active in playgrounds are more likely to be physically active at schools and in academics.
